  Bad customer service. The person couldn't remember the sandwiches he made us. We had 3 coupons buy a 30 oz and get a 6 inch free. He couldn't figure out how to ring up the coupon and charged us full price and then didn't ring up the soda cups and had to put them back. There was another employee in the back and he never asked that person for assistance.
  
  Our $7.26 turned into a 16 dollar meal.
